Commission Art Agreement

By hiring John Schieda, I acknowledge that this is a custom, original artwork or logo. I agree that I will only use this art for the intended purpose above. I understand that this art might be used by John Schieda for promotional purposes only. I understand that my 50% deposit is non-refundable and due prior to starting the project. I agree to pay the final payment within 7 days of delivery of the final product. I understand that if John Schieda does not hear from me, the client, for 30 consecutive days, this agreement is terminated and my deposit will not be refunded.
